Using Digital Signatures
Apr 18, 2012
Has anyone ever created an Articulate course that required a digitally signed document upon completion of the course? I need to do this but I'm not sure how to make it happen. At the end of the course will be a letter of agreement that each learner must sign verifying that they have taken the course and agree to and will abide by the content. They must sign the letter digitally and either email it to a central receipient or send it to a central electronic storage location.
Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Tanya.
If the document resides online, you could add it to your course as a web object:

Thanks Justin, but how will I get the digital signature and send it to where it needs to go? I've used web objects before but haven't seen this particular functionality.
Good question though I don't know enough about how digital signatures work to offer any advice on that.
Thanks for you suggestion. I will continue to do research and post if I get a solution.
