I just received an updated hard drive in my computer and in the process of inactivating my articulate software on the old computer and reactivating it on the "new" system. I have got everything working again except Presenter (09). When our IT folks gave me a new hard drive the also updated my office suite from 2010 to 2013. Since I can't get Articulate to activate, I'm wondering if the older version of the software is no longer compatible with the latest Office release.

Hi Amy! That is correct. Presenter '09 is not compatible with Office '13. You can read system requirements here for our Studio '09 products.
