Using Screenr Business in Presenter?

A client is trying to insert a Screenr video into Presenter as a web object. The client is using Screenr Business - so the web object isn't working properly. I don't have a business account, so my web objects work beautifully.
When she embeds the URL (which is NOT in the format www.screenr.com/embed/VIDEO_ID), the trainee is linked to the screenr site with options to view the video. Since this is a SCORM training course, this is not viable. If she downloads the .mp4 file and inserts it into the presentation, the quality is unacceptable. Is there a work around here? Seems the business subscribers are getting less, in this case.

Hi Bambi,
You can insert Screenr Business into Storyline using the absolute URL of the embedded movie. If you have the embed code, you can grab the "https://...." and insert that into the Web Object.
Hi Bambi - I should have also mentioned that the Screenr Business permissions will need to be set to: "Anyone with the link." That could also be a reason the videos aren't loading.
