I am in PowerPoint and trying to add material from the Content Library using the tab above the ribbon. I received a stating save to local drive (SS1). (SS2) is the icon saved on the desktop and I still get this message. Is there anything I can do?
Sorry to hear you're running into this error! You'll need to save it locally to your desktop and pause any syncing to a network or cloud-based storage network.
Once you save it, a presenter file (.ppta) will be created, and then you should be able to start using the Articulate tab! Be sure you keep those files, as well as any assets, together at all times.
