Version Five Audio Issue

I'm having a strange issue with Presenter 5. I recorded audio, published and audio was missing due to Power Point corrupting. I rerecorded the audio, re-published, and when I go to view the presentation, I get the old published version with missing audio. Looking in the timeline, audio is there. Looking in "import audio", audio is recorded. Try to publish and view, old version without audio plays. All of this is saved in my hard drive. Any thoughts on what could be happening?

Hi Lori & welcome to Heroes,
Please see the link below for possible solutions:
http://www.articulate.com/support/kb/000775.php
Also, make sure the communicator add-on is enabled by following the steps here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=1058
(Even though the article above mentions Presenter '09, the same process applies to Presenter 5)
Followed these instructions to the letter, even publishing to a shared drive instead of my hard drive and still the same old published version with missing audio when I view the presentation. I even tried refreshing my explorer cashe just in case it wasn't doing it.
Hi Lori,
Can you post a screenshot that shows where your PowerPoint file is located in comparison to the project folder?
Here you go. Is this what you were looking for?
Hi Lori,
Would you mind submitting a support case to us so that we can take a closer look at the issue?
Please publish your project files to zip on your local computer, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review a short video on how to do this here:
http://www.articulate.com/support/cases/publish_project_files_overview.swf
1) Go to Articulate -> Publish -> PROJECT FILES -> Publish (specify a location on your computer where you'd like the zip file to be created).
2) UNCHECK the option to include .WAV files.
3) Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Hi Lori,
I'll take a look at the file and reply through the support case.
Hi Lori,
Just to follow-up, we were able to resolve the issue by resetting the target location of the narration folder in the ae.ini file. Then, we published the file to verify that everything worked as expected.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to follow-up with me via the support case by replying to my latest email.
