In Presenter, added some videos. They seem to play fine when I test them in the "preview" mode. However, when I publish them to Articulate Online, they appear for a second on two and then disappear. After that it advances to the next slide.
Thanks for getting back to me and for sharing the link!
I can definitely see what's going on, now. The slides progress to the end, where it looks like the video should start, but there's not enough time provided for the video.
For slides with video, you could change the "Advance" setting to "By user", so that the user can continue once the video completes.
Can you tell me what you're currently using for the sync options when you insert the video?
I don't think you're using the Web Object option for inserting this, but Jeanette's screencast on adding an invisible object with a time set to it might help stretch out the time on your slides so that it stays there until the video finishes.
This may be a good workaround for the moment:
Also, if you'd like, we can take a closer look at the files. Please include a Presenter Package and attach it on the second page of the form. If you can, please share the details with me so I can update this thread.

Hi Greg,
Are you able to share the link to the published content on Articulate Online, so I can take a look at the videos?
Thanks!
Christine

Thanks Christine. For the synch I am using "movie play independently of slide" option. I am open to any options(s) that work

Christine,
The problem is fixed! I used the "adding extra silence" in the audio that Jeanette suggested as one of the options in her video.
Thanks so much for your help.
Besides having great software, Articulate's great community support is simply the best! This is why I recommend Articulate to anyone who will listen.
