(Articulate Presenter 09) I have several video clips which I have successfully imported in several locations in my presentation. However, just before the clips start playing, the filename of the clip appears in black type onscreen. The larger-(screen) sized clips then cover the type, but for the smaller-sized clips, the type is only partially covered, remaining partially visible.
Could you tell us a bit more about how you're inserting your videos (file types, video from website or file, etc.) as I have not seen or heard this behavior before. Also, does this happen with every video you insert or is it a recent development? You may want to start by conducting a repair of Presenter and double check that you're working with local project files. After you conduct the repair, I'd try to insert the videos into a new Presenter file to see if the behavior continues, and if so I'd ask you to create a Presenter package and share your files with us here.

Oops!! Turns out they were, in fact, text added by another designer while he was revising some layouts, and he forgot to delete them(!)
