Video Crawler file in Presenter 2013

Hello!

Lara Smith here writing on behalf of James. We recently upgraded to Presenter 2013 from Presenter 2009. When we published in '09, after the publishing was finished and before I zipped the file, I would add a little 6KB 'video crawler' file (loving referred to as the null.swf file) that would crawl through the published program and start loading the videos before the user reached them in the course, so that by the time the user got to the videos, they would've loaded already. I cannot find this file to replace ( I would replace a 1KB null.swf file with the 6KB file we purchased) in any of the folders in a published 2013 file. Can you help me find it or let me know how I should move forward with creating a similar effect?
