Video Encoder Problem

Jun 27, 2012

I am getting an error that says I don't have enough memory. Task Manager resources tab reports 2.5 gig available out of the 4 that is installed.

What is the memory requirement for this product?

And why isn't it using the virtual memory feature in Windows? I have a big empty hard drive . . .

I'd post this in the Encoder forum, but there isn't one.

Sorry for the trouble, Pete. Would you mind installing the K-Lite Codec Pack to see if it resolves the issue?

Please download the K-Lite Codec Pack Full version here:
Free-Codecs.com : Download K-Lite Codec Pack 5.9.0 FULL, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.9.0 STANDARD, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.9.0 BASIC : K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools

When the installer is downloaded, install the software, leaving everything at their default settings. (You will need to click Next several times during the installation and then finally click Install). Accepting the defaults will publish a complete set of up-to-date codecs on your system. After that, restart your computer.

Then try and reproduce your issue with the Video Encoder.
