Video in Presenter Panel

We recorded a live presentation: 1 hr 10 min of a doctor on stage with a slide deck (93 slides)

We now need to make it available on the web as an archived presentation.

I'd like to put the video of the doc (locked off camera of talking head) in the presenter panel and then take the slide deck and auto advance through the slides to match the doc's speech.

So, the flv of the talking head in the presenter panel running continuously for 1hr 10min while the slides advance on cue is what I'm after but I see no way to do this. It appears that the slide has to wait for the video to end (or have the user click next), neither of which is right.

I really don't want to have to edit the doctor video in to 93 smaller videos because of the labor involved and it will be really choppy.

Is there any way to do this or do I need to bail and fire up Captivate?
