Hello all, We are currently re-publishing our Articulate Presenter courses in Articulate 13 to make them html5 compliant. All is going well except we have discovered that the inserted (.swf) videos will not play once we have uploaded them to our web server. I'm aware the MIME type might need to be configured on our server but what is throwing me is if we put the video in to a Media Tour Engage it plays perfectly. But if we put it on a PowerPoint slide it won't play once on the server.
Hi Emily, Thanks for the reply. I should have been more clear. The swfs don't work on the normal output (not the html5 output). But like I say, will work when inserted in a Media Tour Engage. Is there any reason for this?

Hello Sarah!
Flash (SWF) files aren't supported in Articulate Studio '13 HTML5 output. You can look here for more information.

Hi Sarah!
Be sure that you are adding the video via the Articulate Tab as shown in this tutorial.
