Video Postion

Good morning all--
I have inserted Flash videos on 7 slides in the slide only view. When I use the change mode button and switch to standard view, the movie doesn't stay on the slide anymore.
All movies have the same dimension for size and position but it jumps when I change the view mode.
Is there a way to lock the movie in it's current position (center of slide) so it does not move like in the picture below (left aligned)?

As shown in the previous link, you can use MP4 files instead. Would that work for you?

I had some trouble exporting my videos as MP4 from Adobe Premiere; I couldn't seem to get the right settings. I've fixed it now anyway, by using the "no sidebar" view in conjunction with Webucate Us' big slides skin.
