Video review after locked playback

I have video segments that are manditory for people to watch, so they are locked. However, after they have viewed the video content, I would like them to go back and select one of the sections, there are 20 segments, and view the area they need to re-watch. I don't want them to have to review the whole 15 min of video segments.

How do I set that up?
