Videos/Flash Movies too small in Presenter

Jul 06, 2011

I'm using Screenr to record screencasts in a software application. Then, I'm inserting them into my Articulate presentation (I'm using '09 Pro). When I publish the presentation, the videos so small that they can barely be viewed on the slide. I've tried importing them into Articulate Video Encoder and saving them in the Large format before I publish them, but that's not helping. Does anyone have suggestions/solutions for this problem?

Thanks, Donna

Hi Donna. The first thing I would do is make sure that you are using the latest version of Presenter. Next, make sure you are not resizing the video when inserting it into Presenter. The maximum dimensions for a video in Presenter are 720 x 540 so make sure it's smaller than that. Third, you should not need to convert an MP4 file to FLV so I would try using the original file.

If you continue to have difficulty, I would suggest you send us your project files so we can take a closer look. Instructions on how to do that can be found here:
