I'm new to the forum. I have a course that I built in Articulate Presenter and includes multiple videos. An issue has arisen where some videos decide not to play after publication, while others do. I used video encoder to publish the movies in flash and then inserted them into the course as flash movies. Any ideas on how to ensure they all play? The movies will show as a icon on the screen in PowerPoint/Presenter even if they don't play in Presenter.
In addition to Anne's suggestion, if you've included videos in your Articulate content and find that they don't play in your published output, see if any of the steps in this article help.
Thanks for the feedback Anne and Peter. I have reviewed each of the steps in the article you referenced with no resolution. I believe it may be that I have moved the files from their original location. Thanks again.

I find if my videos disappear, I might have renamed/moved the video files. You might try re-inserting them and see if that helps.
