Using Articulate Studio 09. I've converted my video files to flv format and inserted them into my slides following the instructions available within the tutorial section on how to insert a video. However when I publish I get no videos.
The filenames are fine and even testing with one flv file doesn't work.
Any insght into what's causing this would be much appreciated.
Ok, further testing has shown there is nothing wrong with the video or format as when I select the option synchronization my video plays when published. However with the setting movie plays independently of slide and specify the number of seconds into the side the movie should begin playing my video doesn't work.
I really need my video to start after my audio file. Is this possible in Articulate Presenter 09?
First, I want to make sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish. You're wanting to play an audio file, then start a video after the audio has completed playing, correct?
If you're setting the video to play independently from the slide, it may be trying to launch the video in a new window. Make sure that there are no pop-up blockers that might be keeping the new window from opening.
You also might want to take a look at this knowledge base article. It contains some helpful information and videos about adding video to your presentation. There are different methods you can try for what you're trying to accomplish.

Are you able to share your presentation here, so I can take a quick look? Here's instructions on creating a Presenter Package. Once you've created the package, you can attach it to your response by using the little paperclip icon. If you're not comfortable sharing the presentation here, or you get a time out (may happen if the file is too large) just let me know

I didn't select the option open in a new window and I've followed the knowledge base article you refer to but still no joy.
I'm pretty new to Articulate and despite watching all the tutorials, reading the forums etc I am finding the sofware very frustrating
