Videos will now play in published file - error when trying to edit properties in PP
Apr 30, 2015
Why do these things always happen when I'm close to a deadline...? I use Moodle Rooms as an LMS and just posted a SCORM created using Articulate Presenter (latest version). Most of the content are videos, like the other 20+ SCORM courses I have created. I inserted these videos the same way as another course I published just yesterday. The videos in that course are playing just fine. The one in question does not show anything when published and when in PP, if I click on the video and choose the articulate option to edit the properties I receive an error message asking me to report it to Articulate.
I would appreciate any help. Just a few side notes, all my files are local, I have the latest version of flash and other similar videos within similar courses are working fine.
Any advice would be helpful! Thank you!

Hi Julia! So the same video cannot be edited or viewed when published? Have you tried to delete and re-insert to see if this alleviates the issue? What is the format of the video that you are adding?
Hi Leslie,
It's actually 9 different videos within the same course. I have tried deleting and re-inserting each one as well as uninstalling and reinstalling presenter. Still getting the error message. Do you know if there's someone from Articulate I can call? I've looked through all the forums and support topics and have tried about every suggestion on the site.
Thank you,
Julia
