I am using Articulate '13. While creating a training in Vietnamese I had a problem with labels and with the glossary because several letters disappear after publishing. I saw previous discussions about this problem and I tried every techniques users advise but it still does not work. Hope you could help me.
Here I share with you an extract from our training in Vietnamese. The problem becomes visible only after publishing. Some letters in the glossary become not visible as well as text labels in Vietnamese. For the power point itself no problems.
Hey Peggy! Thanks for sharing the package for me to take a look. I won't proclaim to be an expert, so are you seeing an issue with my published output here?
Interesting Peggy. Thanks for letting me know what you are seeing as well. I actually did not change anything and we are using the same file, so I would advise to repair your software and be sure that you are working and publishing locally.

Hi Peggy!
I've seen an issue in the past specific to the feedback continue button, but your issue sounds a bit different.
I would be sure to choose a font that supports Vietnamese characters, such as Arial Unicode MS or Microsoft Sans Serif.
If you need us to take a look, please share your Articulate Package for us to take a look.

Hi Peggy!
Looks like you've shared the zipped published output, but I was hoping to publish the project myself.
I'd like to take a look at your Articulate Package.
Dear Leslie,
Sorry, here is the package. The problem is visible after publication only.
Thank you in advance.
