Voice quality issue while Publishing in Web format

Hi, we created a ppta presentation with voice over ppt. When we are publishing the file in WEB format the voice quality, I mean the volume goes down drastically.

Please suggest on what can be the issue and how do I tackle this.

If your published audio does not sound as good as the audio that you imported or recorded it is likely due to the fact that Articulate generates MP3 files to create the slide SWF files. Please see the following article for more details:
