Volume cuts out on restricted navigation

I am using the new Articulate 360 Presenter.  I published a restricted navigation course to SCORM 1.2 for my LMS.  I have done this a million times before using Articulate Presenter 13 with no issues.  I opened the course to check the navigation.  The course began with no problem.  I clicked on a future slide in the sidebar and the volume of the slide I was listening to shut off.   I got the message "You may only view slides you have already viewed".  When I clicked OK the volume of the slide I was viewing never came back on but the seekbar continued to move.  Once the narration was complete (as per the seekbar), it moved to the next slide and played normal.  If i attempted to do it again, the same thing would happen.  I thought about eliminating the side bar since I dont use it anyway but it would not let me.

Any thoughts???
