Want to create a scorm: Is the storyline version of a file necessary for that?

Jan 22, 2016

Would be great to know if there are alternatives to exporting from Articulate for creating a scorm package.

Hi Laura!

I'm not sure that I'm following your question and you mention Storyline, but have posted in the Presenter forum.

You will need to publish your course as explained here and upload to applicable environment. So this would be working from the project file.

If you have a published zip file and wish to upload it, you can do so as well.

If you are asking if you can take the published file and update for another output, then this is not something that we could support as we do not support the modification of the published output.

If I have misunderstood, please let me know.

Sorry, I see that I wasn't quite clear.

I have a Presenter file with embedded quizmaker and engage slides.

Now, if I publish this as a LMS from presenter (e.g. in SCORM 1.2 format), and zip it then, is that ZIP going to contain all the slides, all the quizmaker and engage elements?

Or are there additional steps necessary?

Thank you.

Laura
