I have a few links on pages throughout a Presenter tutorial and there's no way I can find in PPT 2007 to edit the link to select the links to open in a new window/tab. Does anyone have ideas?
Have you tried linking to the pages as a web object through Presenter? Here's a tutorial on web objects. If you add it as a web object through Presenter, you can set the links to open in a new browser window.
