Web Object offset in Presenter '13 presentation

Feb 05, 2014

I have an issue with a web object being offset within a presentation.  There was a posting from Articulate support that listed it as a known issue but only in Presenter '09.  The solutions for it don't work in Presenter '13 as those features that were disable no longer exist in Presenter '13 even though the issue still exists.

Does anyone have a solution?  Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thanks Justin.  I found an imperfect solution.  The issue was due to the size of the main menu presentation I created which didn't have a left column with a menu.   I tried to resize it to 980px by 634px so that it would be the same size as the presentation that it called which did have a left column, menu and logo.

Unfortunately, the secondary presentation that it loaded was offset to the main menu presentation rather than being completely centered in the browser window.   When I changed the main menu presentation back to the size that it was published to but  I set the g_strScale variable to "scale | show all", it got center properly.  I just have to live with the smaller size or recreate the main menu presentation in Flash.
