I have 6 web objects (software simulations) in the presentation. I have checked all of the settings.
The Web objects to not close after running they always closed in Articulate9.
I have recreated the web objects but they still do not close after they have run. They stack up so that they are all there waiting to reopen up when I click the last one in the presentation. The web objects are separated by multiple slides.
Hi Marji! I'm not sure that I understand the issue you are reporting. Would you be able to share an Articulate Package for us to have a look at? If you cannot share it here in the forums, please share here privately.
The materials are confidential and I probably will not be able to send the files to you.
However, there are other options, such as a Lync meeting where I can demo the behavior. Will that work for you?

Hi Marji! I would encourage you to reach out to our team privately as shared above. You can share a Screenr perhaps if you cannot share the file or you can even request a Live Conference as shown here.
I also wanted to mention that responding to the forums via e-mail attaches your signature, but you are welcome to pop in and edit if needed.
