Seeking assistance please. We have constructed a learning object using PowerPoint and Quizmaster and then passed it through Presenter 09 to construct the player.
The item works well on the developer machines and our test units, but we are experiencing difficulties when the the file is uploaded to a web server (external used for testing). The learning object goes through the process of loading but ends up with a simple monoschrome player visible and no content.
Any thoughts on where I start to try and find the solution for this> Thanks for any assistance.
