I have a customer who is telling me the following:
CUSTOMER: "I uploaded the new training files. The training presentations work fine, but
the "Resources" folder with the completion certificate will not be accessible
from a SharePoint site. There is a technical issue with SharePoint and
the player. In order to get this working the player configuration would need
to be changed. I don't know if that can be done by the company you bought the
trainings from ...
