I'm ready to install Studio 360 on my laptop but can anyone tell me what happens to Studio 13? Will I lose it? Reason I ask is that I'm concerned that converting projects from Studio 13 to Studio 360 will cause some corruption and I may need to revert to Studio 13.

Studio '13 will automatically be uninstalled when you install Studio 360. You'll still have your license, but you will then need to uninstall Studio 360 and reinstall Studio '13 if you need the previous version.
