Articulate user for years. Now an Articulate 360 user. All has been working until today. In one PowerPoint I have inserted two very short mp4 videos. They play perfectly in PREVIEW mode.
Once published they do not play. The bar moves across the slide but no video.

Slides 40 & 41 are generating scripting errors for starters. Also the video file (.mp4) isn't found, at least on slide 40.
