When I try to Preview or Publish a presentation this error message appears "The project file cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of articulate presenter".
I have seen some threads around this topic but not been able to find a solution.
I have a .pptx (and tried with a .ppt) file though I cannot Preview or Publish in Presenter 09. Have just recently managed to get Articulate installed again on new work laptop after much assistance due to 32 not 64 bit MS Office being installed (apparently Articulate Presenter 09 does not work with 64 bit).

Hi Alan! Is this your project or could it have been created in Studio '13 as this would not be able to be viewed in Studio '09?

Thanks for your reply. No, was created in '09 - I saw this was mentioned in some threads. I'll see if anyone else (or yourself) has suggestions.
