You can transfer project files between computers by selecting Articulate -> Publish -> Project Files. You can learn more here.

If you receive a template from a fellow Articulate Presenter and it does not display in the Player Template Builder, please do the following: 1) Go to Articulate -> Player Template Builder 2) Create a custom template and save it as "test." 3) Go to Start -> Search and enter "test.xml" 4) The location of this file will indicate where you should place the xml file that the person sent to you. 5) This location may be in a hidden folder. if you don't see the file you created open a window in Windows Explorer and go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View and select "Show hidden files and folders."
