I just purchased Articulate 360 and am using Presenter 360 (I had Studio '13 but am not a master). I have completed my PowerPoint, voiceover and quiz and want to publish this. I am doing this for a client, not myself so I need to send this to them. To which format should I publish the presentation? Web? Articulate 360? CD or other local media?

If they are approving/reviewing your work - that's where Review is handy.
Otherwise, this decision depends moreso on where they will be hosting the content. Internal web site or LMS or distributing to local computers.
Do you know how they will be uploading/sharing the content with the learners?
