White Bullets and Other Issues When Publishing

Apr 18, 2011

Hi, All!

I'm new to the community. I've talked with several other Articulate user and, searched the forums for my issues but haven't found an answer. I'm getting very frustrated. Can someone help?

I'm using Windows 7, Articulate Presenter 09 suite, and Office 2010

When either previewing or publishing in Articulate the following happens:

- A white bullet preceds each paragraph in the Notes pane (even where bullets were not used)

- The animations are not in synch (they look great in PPT)

- Poor quality graphics no matter what graphic format I use

I've tried numerous fixes, unistall, reinstall, etc. I've had others preview and publish on their machines with similar but not exactly the same results.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

I would suggest you submit a case by following the steps below.

Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Upload the resulting zip file from your computer to our server using this upload form:

Please be sure to include a description of your issue, your version of PowerPoint, version of Windows and version of Presenter '09 which you can find in Help and Support -> About Articulate Presenter. Please also include the URL for this thread so we can follow up with you in the forums.

Regarding the graphics issue, take a look at this article:
