Answers to a few questions will help to narrow down the problem a bit:

  • Where is your content hosted--on the web, or in a Learning Management System?  If in an LMS, which one?
  • What Operating System are your learners running?
  • What has changed on the problematic machines since the last time this worked?  Did you re-publish your content recently?  ...Windows Updates on the learner workstations?
  • Can you supply a Screenr Screencast of the problem?
