Our stores are all running IE7 and today when they try to exit the module by single, double, triple, or rapidly using the back arrow - they cannot get out of the module. Thank you in advance for your help!

Where is your content hosted--on the web, or in a Learning Management System? If in an LMS, which one?
What Operating System are your learners running?
What has changed on the problematic machines since the last time this worked? Did you re-publish your content recently? ...Windows Updates on the learner workstations?
