Windows 7 compatibility issues

Jul 13, 2011

Hi,

Some of our team has upgraded to Windows 7.

Till now we encountered minor (although anoying) issues such as - new Articulate window\dialog-box opens but the system does not jump to it or put in on top of other windows. So you have to manually navigate to it from the task bar (after figuring out this is what happns of course... in the begginging it seems that the applicaiton is just stuck).

Now when wishing to add a Glossary interaction, we've found that we cannot use the Insert quiz\interaction dialog at all. We recieve an error each time (tried removing and adding the AP Add-In).

In there any status regarding the compatibility with Windows 7? Known issues etc?

Dates for compatibility update?

Thanks!

Hi,

I just downloaded a Trial version of Storyline today and running into an installation error which I reinstalled successfully.  I am now seeing an incompatibility error.  The program opens but freezes when trying to open the .exe practice files from the Getting Started Tutorials. I am running 32 bit Windows 7 with 4 g ram.  I will try reinstalling and do a fresh install.

Wante dto see if anyone else experienced a similar issue.

Did they also happen to get upgraded to PowerPoint 2010 as well?

If so, make sure PowerPoint 2010 is installed as 32 bit and not 64 bit.
