Hello, is there any known
issue with Windows Update KB2507938 causing issues with Articulate on windows 7?
One of our clients is having
a problem where whenever they do a Windows update Articulate will not work (if
tried to run, it says Articulate is not responding). They have nailed it down
to the Windows update
KB2507938 , and if they roll back that update, then
Articulate will work fine again.
There aren't any documented issues, and a colleague of mine is running that update himself with no problems. It sounds more like a privileges issue with your client. Are they running PowerPoint as an administrator?
