"Would you like to resume the course..." pop-up not showing

Hello all

I can see the "Would you like to resume the course where you left off" pop-up on my published course on my computer but my client doesn't see it. He is not even putting it on his LMS but launching it directly from the folder I gave him. How come?

I would ask him to upgrade his Flash Player. I would also suggest testing the content online. If you don't have access to a server, you can always test online using Dropbox as shown in the screencast below:

Thank you Justin I will advise the client (although I doubt he has the admin rights to update his Flash Player). He could see it on the last course I release for him last year. Maybe I changed some of the settings without knowing it?

I didn't know I could use Dropbox for that, thanks!

Hi again

I put my course online and my husband can see the "Would you like to resume the course where you left off" pop-up but I can't, either on Google Chrome or IE. We have the same Flash Player 11.2 sth and I can see this pop-up when I play it from my local disk.

Are there any options to set somewhere else?
