'You may only view slides that you have already viewed' Error

Having published the file to LMS, we're running into trouble while testing the file. We watch the full presentation, and an error message says:
Back only:
'You may only view slides that you have already viewed'
The presentation is set to restricted, and all previous slides run fine, moving automatically to the next slide, but just as the slide finishes we get the error message you would expect if you were trying to move onto the next slide too early.
Does anyone know if this is a common bug? I've tried to change the animation in-case that helped but I haven't been able to fix it.
I appreciate any help that you can offer, please let me know if we need to post any particular information.
Thanks,
A

For anyone experiencing this issue:
We've now solved the problem; the slide (7) had been previously set to skip to another slide (11), while we were exploring how to branch the presentation.
[ Go to Slide properties, and check that all of the slides have 'Default' checked, rather than 'Skip to slide x' ]
Hi Allison!
Glad to hear you got it resolved, and thanks for sharing what worked
Peter,
Does this mean that you can't set the presentation to 'restricted' if you are going to skip slides? I'm having the same problem and I need to the flexibility to skip slides while still making sure that the user reads each slide. Am I missing something?
