All of a sudden when I click any of the Articulate commands in PPT I get this message. I uninstalled and did a fresh install 30 minutes ago, but still the same. Anyone seen this before?
It only seems to affect the two projects I was working on today. When I work with other projects it is fine. Looks like I might need to recreate the PPT's entirely from scratch - that's a day wasted!
Go to the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow beside New Slide, and choose Reuse Slides.
In the Reuse Slides panel, click the Browse button and choose Browse File.
Browse to your original PowerPoint file and click Open.
At the bottom of the Reuse Slides panel, mark the box to Keep source formatting.
Right-click the first slide in the Reuse Slides panel and select Insert All Slides.
Save the new presentation and republish.
Note: Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
Hello - I am having the same issue, only with all presentations, both new and old. It won't let me create a new presentation as this error message pops up with every move in Articulate. Using Powerpoint is fine. Anyone have a solution?
Hi there. I was getting this error for no obvious reason (error with some files, others are fine). Using PowerPoint 2013. I tried "Check for Issues" to inspect the document. The inspection found and resolved an issue with the document properties and then all worked fine.

Is this a common issue with the new build of Articulate 2013 presenter? Maybe I better stay away from it... the existing build was working normally
Hi Renee!
I would advise to be sure that you are utilizing the latest update, which is Update 8. This will also repair your software.
If you are already on the latest update, please repair the software as described here.
Hi Jim - I'm not aware of an overall issue.

Thanks for popping in to share your experience and solution Shane. That may certainly assist someone in the future. Welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
