Certainly. I am looking for what specific tools other financial institutions have used and how has been their experience with those tools.
For example, what do authors of presentations like? What don't they like? How have users responded to presentations created with Articulate? How have they (authors and users) responded to assessments created with Articulate? How easy/not easy it is to learn to use these tools from both standpoints? What have these companies done to prepare their authors and users to use it in terms of training and communications?
