3 - Part Quiz

Dec 20, 2016

I'm developing an e-learning and want people to check to see what they're learning throughout the training rather than waiting until the end.

Situation

After slide five I want to require participants to answer three out of four questions (from a group of eight) correctly to advance forward. After slide 10, I repeat the same pattern. After slide 13 they will have to answer four out of six questions (from a group of ten) correctly. Bottom line they will need to answer ten questions for a passing scoring of 100.

Questions - can I create a three part quiz, with a results page following each section, or do I have to create three quizzes, with passing scores of 40, 40 and 20.

What's the best way to do what I want to do?

Here is the presentation. I have two exercises.

For exercise one I have currently have seven questions divided into four question banks. If they receive a score of 80 or better I would like the results page to tell them to advance forward. If they receive a score of less than 80 I would like them to be directed back to slide 2.6. and told to try again.

For the second exercise there are there are two correct answers from a choice of five. Once again if they pass I would like them to be informed that they passed. If not I’d like them to be directed to slide 2.14 and told to try again.

Once they receive a passing score I would like to display a new Results page telling them that they qualified and that information will be entered into their v-Learn (our LMS) profile.

One last question, Slide 2.18 is the data necessary to answer the question on Slide 2.19. Is there a way to enter that information in the question field, and fit the information and answers choices on one slide in a readable format?

Thanks!
