When you tick the "allow user to print" quiz option you are offered the additional option to have them type their name. Is there anyway I can add the requirement for them to also add what "location" they work at? I have 31 branch locations and just having a name on a result is not very helpful. However, if the prompt told them to "Type your Name and Branch Location" that would be excellent.
Hi Ralph! I know a simple solution that many users are doing to avoid a non-supported method is by adding a required survey question at the beginning of your quiz that requires the information that you need. Then, when you get the results, that information will be the first answer in the results. Maybe this will work for you as well.
