I'm using Quizmaker for creating quizzes. I use the template (.txt) file to create questions before importing them into QM.
I noticed that choice-level feedback doesn't work when I don't submit one question at a time. Fine so far.
In this blog I found out how to display my own feedback for each question. This is what I want for each question. But is there a way to write the (post-quiz review) feedback in the .txt file and import it?

You can import feedback per choice as the documentation your referenced showed. There is not a way to include feedback by question as a part of the import process.
I would recommend adding it as the blog post explains once imported into your course.
