So, while you can accomplish half of what you'd like to do, the option for retrying the quiz will be displayed on both slides if you're inserting the project into a Presenter '09 presentation.
On the other hand, Quizmaker '13 and Presenter '13 function a little differently. You can specify which options display on either results slide. If you haven't already, you might want to consider trying out Studio '13 to see if it might work better for your project.

Hi Soogyung,
On the Pass Result and Fail Result sections of your Quizmaker '09 quiz, you'll have different options.
If you click on Pass Result, you'll be able to enable or disable the "Allow user to review quiz" option:
On the Fail Result options, you can disable the option for "Allow user to review quiz", however, the retry option is not available here.
The option for attempts with Quizmaker '09 is actually handled by Presenter '09.
