Adding Color to Quizmaker

Hello!

I am relatively new to e-learning and I'm working on some projects left by the person I took over for.

that said, I've been asked by boss to add color (red) to the Quizmaker ('09) Slides, which currently are stark and gray.

Is this possible? And could someone explain how I might do this?
