So are you saying that you need to add a picture for each possible answer in the question, or just the main question itself?
If you need to add only one image for the question, then use the media button.
If you need to add an image for each answer option, then you'll need to switch to Slide View, then use Insert>Picture. Then you can add as many images as you need to the question slide. You can animate them in as needed using the timeline at the bottom as well.
That's perfect. Thank you, Wendy! I forget about the freeform options sometimes. It would be nice to see all the options in one place under different headings rather than having to remember which type you want and going to separate places.

How do you insert images to choose from and click on as the answers rather than having to click on the radio buttons next to a picture?
