Adobe Connect not tracking Quizmaker quiz accurately.

I'm hoping I have some Heroes out there who use Adobe Connect a lot for tracking purposes.
I have a situation where a handful of users took an Articulate course and while they passed the test, the system recorded them as "In Progress". When I spoke to users, it turned out that they had taken the test more than twice in order to pass it, and apparently, in doing so the system didn't record that that they did, indeed, pass it. It seems those who took it only twice - were recorded properly as "Passed " by the system.
While I can go back and override the result for each user, I still have over 700 people to take the class and would prefer not to have this issue again.
Anyone have any ideas?

And by the way - the LMS Reporting setting in Articulate is set for Passe/Incomplete. (The HAVE to pass it or lose their job, so I wasn't really caring about who failed!)
