Alignment of dropped objects in drag and drop freeform questions

Have you tried using the Tile setting? That will align the drag object to the top-left of the drop target.

Thanks, Alyssa. This sounded like it would work, but when I try that, the object stays wherever in the target it's dropped, even over the edges of the box.

I have a bulleted list of steps in a process that the learner is to drop into the correct order. So they are dragging a bulleted block of text to boxes. The client really wants those bullets to be left-aligned on the screen, and I agree. 

 I'm not seeing a setting to align the text box to the top left of the target. Am I missing something?

Hmm, the drag object really shouldn't stay wherever it is dropped. With the Tile setting, it should align to the top-left of the target.

Thanks for sharing your file with me! I tested it, and I'm also seeing that the "Tile" setting isn't working correctly. I'd like to share this with out Support Engineers so they can take a closer look. Keep an eye out for an email from our team!

And FYI, I just tried building a simple example of the same functionality - brand new file - and it behaves the same way.
