Dear all,
I work every day with Articulate 09 and Moodle 2.1.2. In the last week a strange scorm problem has happened.
We have a user in Paris France who, despite gaining 100% in the Articulate Quiz, the user's Quiz attempts do not register in the Moodle course grade area.
When testing the Paris users log in details here in Melbourne we cannot replicate the problem on an IBM or Mac Book AIR laptop. When testing in Melbourne the grade area registers that he gained 100% and we can print/view the certificate (plug-in).
The scorm and grade book entry works famously for everyone else.
I've pulled out most of my hair on this and what’s left is quickly turning gray. If you were able to give any advice it would be most appreciated.

I would check if your user is using, IE9 we get a few users on IE9 who do not post a grade in moodle. There are also a couple of tracking issues in 2.1 you may want to consider an upgrade to 2.2. After we did this we got a lot less support calls about tracking
