After creating and publishing my quiz to a presentation. Some of the answers to some of the questions in the quiz are blank. I go back and look at the quiz itself and the answer is there, but it is not in my published presentation. Has anyone seen this before?
Looks like we are missing some conversation here now, so let's see if we are on the same page. Are you reporting that when re-visiting some slides, the answers are no longer selected? If so, it looks like your slides have a mixture of behavior on the re-visit properties. Setting them to reset to initial state will cause the issue you are reporting here.
You should be able to adjust your slides and it will work as expected.
Hi - I am reporting (not sure of the language) that I when I test the quiz in LMS or online, multiple choice answers are missing when I revisit certain pages. As you pointed out, those that are set to "reset to initial state", are the slides giving me trouble. However, when I change the revisiting options to anything else, some still come up with missing answers.
Could you clarify what you mean by answers are missing? As in you don't see the answer you previously selected or that they're just no longer visible to you on a revisit? As Leslie mentioned, if the answers are no longer selected and your revisiting a slide with a slide properties of reset to initial state, you will no longer see the answer and the slide will be treated as a new attempt.
I have a few multiple choice slides mixed in with true/false slides within the quiz. I have seen, and had employees report, that the screen does not offer all answer options on the multiple choice slides. The missing answer possibility is not necessarily always the correct answer, sometimes it is the incorrect answer.
Thanks for that image here - could you share a copy of your .story file so that we could see how it's all set up and what elements are missing? We'll then be able to test within the published output as well.
Thanks for sharing the file. I took a look and stripped it down to just the quiz to see if the issue was replicated (and make it easier for testing). You mentioned online, and I wasn't sure if you meant Articulate Online - but I went ahead and uploaded it there and you can test it there.
I took the quiz and passed the first time, then used the retry button and purposefully failed, and then used the "prev" button to navigate backwards through all the slides. Each slide appeared normally for me - so I'm not able to replicate what you're describing.
For the employees that are seeing this - do you know what browser or Flash version they're accessing the course with? Could you have them test out my version as well? You'll want to make sure they're using one of the browsers here.
Thank you all for your help. I have a feeling some are experiencing issues due to their browsers, flash, etc. not being updated. We are servicing over 5000 employees who work in different areas run different systems and browsers, etc. I am not always experiencing the same issues because I stay rarely up-to-date.
You could always suggest they use a site like supportdetails.com to check out which browser versions they are accessing through, and then update to the latest version.

Just got off the phone with tech support - apparently Carbonite is in conflict. I need to uninstall Carbonite
Thanks for posting the solution, Guy. We really appreciate it!
Hi - experiencing this issue in Storyline 2. Any advice?
Hi Shelby!
This thread is a bit dated, seemed unique to the user, and was utilizing Quizmaker.
Do you have a .story file that we could take a look at to see the issue you are experiencing?

Hi Shelby!
I'm getting a 404 error when I try to utilize the link you shared, but I would like to take a look at the .story file, not the published output.

Hi Leslie - here it is.
Hi Shelby! The project file should be located on your hard drive and the format will be .story. This is the file prior to publishing.
Hi Leslie - this should be it (finally).

I have attached a snip.
