I created a course using presenter, engage and quizmaker 13. I have been able to insert the engage interactions. however after creating and previewing quizzes, when I try to place in the presenter file I receive the following error message:
Error: Unable to create an instance of Articulate Quizmaker.
Note: I have a 360 license, but need 13 in order to launch a course on an old platform that does not work with 360-- I am working on a free trial of Articulate 13.
Hi. I downloaded the free trial for Articulate 13. I have never downloaded tools unless they came include in the free trial download or in my version of Articulate 360.

Is this an older hosting location that does not work with Articulate 360?
Do you have access to another computer to utilize the trial to prevent the double install? Otherwise, you may need to uninstall/reinstall the items you need a few times.

Hi there, Diane! Have you ever installed the Studio 360 tools? If so, did you uninstall and install Studio '13 for this project?

Hi Diane,
You cannot have more than one version of Studio installed on your computer at a time.
